I just received my battery today. I expected the shipping to take a little longer considering the distance, a little over a week not bad. I experienced a great deal of professionalism through customer service. So far pretty satisfied with the battery, it arrived with 50 percent charge out the package. Usps dropped it off 830 in the morning its now 730 in the evening with still 11 percent. Ready for the 8 hour charge. I would recommend this battery to anyone looking for a extended battery. You get what you pay. Super satisfied customer over here.
Following charging instructions to the letter and have one more "deep" charge to do ie 10-12 hrs. The battery lives up to its promise. There is now a cheaper alternative with about 1/3 more capacity. Will Mugen follow with a larger battery?
took 2 weeks to get a confirmation of the order, and then 2 weeks to arrive, and no leather pouch! Pretty poor there. Had to ask for the pouch which they then sent (from a different city to the battery!!) and it arrived within the week but cost them $23 to send.
Looks like they deliberately try to save on sending the pouch unless you ask for it.
Other than that, couldn't be happier with the product itself.
I purchased 2 batteries... one for my Note 2, and the other for my wife's Note 2. Product is very high quality! The batteries work as promised. The new back and phone case are very well made. We have high hopes that these will give us many years of service. Aloha, the Chards

Единственное что несколько расстроило - не пришел кожаный чехол, хотя в описании он присутствует.
so being in the army i need all the battery life i can get and now i have it i can be on my phone from 8 in morning till 11 at night and still have 30% battery life wow is all i can say best battery for my phone only thing is it didnt come with the leather pouch but my acu pouch works just fine love now if only they would make a case for this beast that would make it an epic peace of hardware.
Maybe it´s get´s a little bit to big.
But now I can use it a whole day.
That´s No1.

Very good battery , yes the phone gets larger but it's actually making it easier to hold !!!
the rear speaker looses a lot of quality though ! and still there's alot of un-used space under the cover that could be used as extension to increase the battery capacity !!!!
please make the corner where the rear speaker is flattened just like where the pin is ! and when u do it send me , i need a white cover instead of the dark one (got my phone swimming in gasoline so bought a white one !)
