Quality Like the previous reviewer, sometimes the extra battery doesn't seat properly - the OEM HTC battery is the worse of the two batteries I have in this regard. It's still more convenient to have the 2nd slot for battery-charging than not, so it's a small complaint, but the pins could be better-placed in order to achieve a better product.
I LOVE being able to charge my phone with the protective case intact - and the horizontal feature is great as well.
Overall a very good product - when my husband gets the Sensation, we'll pick up one of these chargers for his desk at work as well. :) (Posted on 2/5/12) -

Quality Its okay - Low quality built material . Already have problem with the extra side battery charger the pin springs are not intact properly and battery dosent sit well on the compartment . I have to push in several times to sit properly one the charger .
The phone charger is good and works fine . (Posted on 1/19/12)
